A classic risotto bumped up with sweet, tender shrimp and plump corn. It’s a dish that will be hard to forget.

This is my attempt at re-creating an incredible dish that I recently had at a restaurant, risotto with lobster. Tender lobster over creamy risotto studded with asparagus, it’s a perfect date night dinner.
