Hello, readers, my name is Scotty Jeffus, I was raised in Austin, TX but have been living in the great mountains of Colorado since 2017.

I went to Le Cordon Bleu cooking school for two years and graduated with an associate’s degree and have since worked in a variety of restaurants in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley, but had to leave the job as I could no longer handle the stress.
