Risotto has a bit of a reputation for taking a long time to make as you have to constantly stir the rice for 30+ minutes, but I’m here to share a delicious oven-baked risotto that requires very little stirring at all.

When making risotto, if you’re adding too much liquid and not stirring your rice enough, then you’re probably doing it wrong.
