Another beautiful sheet pan dinner loaded with lamb meatballs, pearl couscous, and wonderful veggies.

Tender, juicy, flavorful lamb meatballs suspended in tomato sauce and served over a bed of orzo, peas and a touch of feta cheese. It does not get any better than this.

Juicy, meaty lamb meatloaf finished with a tangy and fruity blueberry-bourbon glaze. I’m not sure I can make meatloaf another way after trying this.
